Qualifications

• Strong phone communication and outbound sales skills.
• Self-motivated and activity-driven.
• Knowledge of machinery or willingness to learn.
• You've built something from scratch, or you want to.

Responsibilities

• Make 100 outbound calls per day to potential equipment sellers.
• Identify and submit 30 quality machines per month.
• Collect specs, photos, and seller contact info — anything available.
• Immediately forward all information to the Acquisition Manager, regardless of completeness.
• Maintain clear CRM records of all contacts and machines sourced.
• Support company strategy by following processes and pushing new opportunities daily.
