Cardwell Beach is seeking a self-motivated Business Development Executive to drive new conversations and grow client partnerships from a fully remote setup. You’ll research industries, reach out via email, phone, LinkedIn, and networking, and schedule discovery meetings for our leadership team.

A friendly, organized communicator who thrives with autonomy will fit best; prior sales or BD experience helps but the right attitude and follow-through matter most.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• Comfortable talking with people and building relationships.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Reach out to prospective clients through email, phone, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Start conversations and identify businesses that may be a fit for our services.
• Schedule discovery meetings for our leadership team.
• Build and maintain relationships through thoughtful follow-up.
• Track outreach activity and notes inside our CRM.
• Collaborate with our internal team on outreach strategies and growth ideas.
• Help generate referrals, partnerships, and new business opportunities.
