Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales or business development in professional services/tech/AI.
• Hunter track record: able to create pipeline and close net-new business.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, qualify, and close net-new business within a US territory.
• Own the full sales cycle from target research to contract execution and handoff to delivery.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and events.
• Coordinate with PM, Operations, Finance, Legal on proposals, pricing, and contractual terms.
• Deliver presentations, negotiate within approved parameters, and close opportunities.
