Job summary

LanguageLine Solutions UK is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive net-new business and manage the full sales cycle in the U.S. territory. You will identify prospects, craft tailored solutions in translation and localization, negotiate terms, and close deals while coordinating with delivery and support teams.

The role requires strong hunter instincts, consultative selling, and proficiency with CRM systems. Remote work within the United States is available, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, international business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience selling professional services, technology, AI services, or complex solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle from target research to discovery, proposal, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, events, and marketing.
• Present proposals, address objections, negotiate within approved parameters, and move opportunities to close.
• Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and ensure smooth post-sale transition to delivery.
• Represent LanguageLine Solutions at client meetings and industry events; travel as needed within the U.S.
