Intella Services LLC is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead national sales of language interpretation solutions. This fully remote role focuses on building relationships, generating new business, and expanding our nationwide client base across healthcare, legal, education, and corporate sectors.

You will identify opportunities, develop strategic plans, and present proposals to executives, while collaborating with operations to onboard clients.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of business development or B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of generating new business and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and pursue new opportunities nationwide.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
• Prospect through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and industry events.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and executive leadership.
• Present Intella Services’ language interpretation solutions to prospective clients.
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and service agreements.
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close new business.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with operations and interpreter management teams to ensure successful client onboarding.
• Represent Intella Services professionally at conferences, networking events, and industry meetings.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging business opportunities.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
