Cover Whale Insurance Solutions is hiring a Business Development Associate for the North East region (PA, NJ, VA, MD, NY, or CT). This fully remote role focuses on managing partners, onboarding them, and driving growth through strategic engagement and portfolio optimization.

You will collaborate with underwriting, marketing, and growth teams to develop distribution strategies, monitor KPIs, and support onboarding improvements.

Competenze

• At least 3 years in insurance and/or commercial trucking fields is required.
• Strong video and phone skills with professionalism under pressure.
• Experience onboarding customers to realize and repeat value.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with underwriting, marketing, and growth to develop distribution strategies and generate partner premium.
• Manage a portfolio of emerging and lower-volume partners, building relationships and growth opportunities.
• Provide pipeline support by researching target markets, prospective partners, and competitive intelligence.
• Identify and execute opportunities to engage and grow existing partner relationships.
• Establish, track, and report KPIs while consistently meeting or exceeding goals.
• Support onboarding processes and partner management improvements.
• Represent Cover Whale positively among current trading partners and prospects through proactive outreach.
• Support event and field presence efforts within the assigned region and assist with logistics for retail-focused engagements.
• Monitor partner performance and trends, identifying opportunities and risks.
• Maintain accurate partner information in HubSpot.
