• Provide daily leadership to the payments team within Billing Services and supervise staff.
• Lead workflow for importing and posting ERA, patient and lockbox payments.
• Analyze insurance payer reimbursements and report to management.
• Serve as escalation point for payer issues and departmental communications.
• Manage staffing schedules and team training and development.
