Envision Radiology, LLC is seeking a remote Billing Supervisor to lead the payments team and optimize the revenue cycle from posting to reconciliation. The role oversees ERA processing, posting workflows, and payer reporting to Management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a remote, market-wide setting.

The position requires 3+ years in healthcare billing with supervision experience, strong medical terminology, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Three+ years’ experience in healthcare billing with knowledge of coding, payer requirements, authorizations and collections.
• Previous management experience with staff supervision.
• Strong medical terminology knowledge.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, problem solver and team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day billing operations and supervise the payments team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee posting of ERA, patient and lockbox payments and optimize workflow.
• Provide reimbursement reporting on insurance payers to Management.
• Resolve payer issues and act as liaison between departments and vendors.
• Forecast staffing needs and coordinate with HR for interviewing and hiring.
