Envision Radiology, LLC is seeking a remote Billing Supervisor to lead the payments team, optimize posting revenue, and oversee day-to-day billing operations across ERA, payer postings, and related processes. The role requires 3+ years in healthcare billing, prior management experience, strong communication, and attention to detail.

Monday–Friday schedule with MST business hours and a competitive pay range.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in healthcare billing with strong coding and payer knowledge.
• Previous management experience with staff supervision.

Aufgaben

• Provide daily leadership and support to the billing payments team.
• Spearhead workflow for daily ERA, payments posting, and import.
• Monitor reimbursement reporting on insurance payers for management.
• Serve as escalation resource and resolve payer issues.
• Supervise staffing schedules and performance.
• Ensure compliance, policies, trainings, and team engagement.
