Job summary

Envision Radiology is seeking a remote Billing Supervisor to lead the payments team and optimize posting revenue across the billing cycle. The role supervises daily operations, ERA imports, and payer reimbursements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while coordinating with Leadership and other departments.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years in healthcare billing, prior management experience, knowledge of medical terminology, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Three plus years’ experience in healthcare billing with knowledge of third party payer requirements, authorizations and collections.
• Previous management experience is required with staff supervision experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, problem solver and team player.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily leadership and operations support to the payments team within Billing Services, supervising payment systems and staff.
• Spearheads workflow to coordinate ERA imports, patient and lockbox payments.
• Monitors and reports on insurance payers to Management.
