Envision Radiology is seeking a remote Billing Supervisor to lead the payments team and optimize the billing cycle. You will supervise daily ERA posting, monitor payer reimbursements, and collaborate with leaders to ensure accurate, timely revenue posting.

The role requires 3+ years in healthcare billing with supervisory experience, strong attention to detail, and knowledge of payer requirements. This is a full-time remote position with standard business hours.

• Three plus years’ experience in healthcare billing with knowledge of coding, payer requirements, authorizations and collections.
• Previous management experience with staff supervision.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, problem solver and team player.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to exceed company and customer expectations.

• Provide daily leadership and operations support to the payments team within Billing Services.
• Spearhead workflow to coordinate daily import and posting of ERA and payments.
• Monitor and report reimbursement activity for insurance payers to management.
• Serve as escalation resource and resolve payer issues.
• Supervise and maintain staffing schedules.
• Maintain compliance, policies, trainings, and engagement.
• Research trends and resolve complex payments issues across systems and vendors.
• Collaborate with department supervisors and leadership across departments and vendors.
• Stay informed on cash application, third-party payment requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Identify process improvements and standardization opportunities.
• Assist with training, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions.
• Forecast staffing needs and coordinate with HR for hires.
