Job summary

GridSource is seeking a Billing Operations Manager to lead the billing analyst team within our Managed Services Division. This role owns the accuracy and timeliness of billing across multiple markets and service lines - FTTx fiber installation, MDU, and BSW work - and is responsible for the people, processes, and controls that turn completed field work into correct, on-time invoices.

You will lead a team of analysts, coordinate the inputs that drive each billing cycle, and build the process

Qualifications

• Experience leading a billing team and delivering accurate, on-time invoices.
• Strong process mindset with ability to design repeatable workflows.
• Excellent communication to EVP/C-suite with clear, concise updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of billing analysts across markets.
• Own accuracy and auditability of invoices for multiple lines (FTTx, MDU, BSW).
• Coordinate inputs for each billing cycle and ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify gaps, implement controls, and prevent revenue leakage.
• Report billing status, risks, and results to senior leadership.
