Premier PV. LLC, a leading solar electrical balance of systems manufacturer, seeks a Lead Billing Specialist to oversee daily billing operations and support month-end close. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Accounting to ensure accurate invoicing and compliant financial records.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in billing with ERP experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and leadership abilities to mentor the team and drive continuous improvements.

Formación

• 6+ years in billing leadership roles or equivalent
• Experience with ERP systems and month-end close processes
• Knowledge of GAAP revenue and SOX documentation

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, review, and post accurate customer invoices aligned with contracts and billing schedules
• Mentor billing team and drive process improvements to meet KPIs
• Support month-end close, ensure audit readiness and SOX compliance
