Premier PV LLC in Dallas, TX, seeks a Lead Billing Specialist to oversee daily billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoices aligned with contracts, POs, and schedules. You will mentor the billing team and coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Accounting.

The role supports month-end close, improves processes, maintains SOX-compliant records, and tracks KPIs like cycle time and DSO. Strong ERP experience and GAAP/SOX knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in billing with leadership and process ownership.
• High school diploma or GED; accounting/finance degree preferred.
• Proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Office; GAAP and SOX knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and post accurate customer invoices per contracts, POs, and schedules.
• Maintain billing queues and ensure billable activity is captured on time.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Accounting to obtain approvals and resolve issues.
• Record and reconcile billing transactions in the ERP; support month-end close.
