Job summary

Tres Health is seeking a Billing & Revenue Operations Manager to lead our end-to-end billing and revenue cycle processes in a fully remote, U.S.-aligned role. You will oversee invoicing, ACH pulls, cash application, and banking activities while driving process improvements across Finance, Operations, and other teams.

You will guide configuration efforts, manage escalations, and ensure accurate records and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field preferred.
• 4+ years in billing, AR, or revenue-cycle leadership.
• Experience with billing configurations, reconciliations, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end billing and revenue operations, incl. invoicing and cash application.
• Coordinate billing configuration, including PB creation and portal setup.
• Manage invoicing workflow, monitor activity, and resolve exceptions.
• Oversee ACH payments, banking operations, and cash-reconciliation.
• Provide escalation support for complex billing and revenue issues.
• Identify process improvements and develop scalable procedures.
