Role Overview

We are looking for a Billing Operations / Revenue Operations Manager to support our billing team and help build scalable, repeatable billing processes. This role is focused on operational execution and process development, not ownership of a specific billing platform.

You will be responsible for designing and managing monthly billing workflows across recurring revenue, professional services, and subscription/usage-based models, while partnering closely with Finance, IT, and Operations to ensure accurate and timely bill runs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Billing team with day-to-day billing operations and execution
• Develop, document, and own monthly billing processes to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Generate and manage monthly bill runs across multiple revenue streams:
  • Recurring revenue
  • Professional services
  • Subscription and usage-based billing
• Partner with IT to support billing systems, data flows, and integrations
• Ensure data accuracy between billing, CRM, and financial systems
• Identify, investigate, and resolve billing issues or discrepancies
• Support billing audits, controls, and compliance requirements
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and automation
• Create operational reporting to track billing status, exceptions, and trends
• Act as a key operational bridge between Finance, IT, and Revenue Operations

Qualifications
