Lexitas is seeking an experienced Billing Manager to lead billing operations in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. This hands-on leadership role directs day-to-day billing, enhances processes, and partners with Sales and senior leadership on pricing and revenue initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, or related function.
• Experience leading employees and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead efficient, accurate billing operations and month-end close.
• Develop and improve billing policies, workflows, and QA processes.
• Provide leadership to the billing team including staffing, training, and planning.
• Support implementation of a company-wide billing system.
• Collaborate with Sales and senior leadership on pricing and revenue initiatives.
• Monitor performance against monthly revenue goals and reporting.
