Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking Part-Time Tier 1 Customer Service Agents to support our Training Services Team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere in the United States and will start on or around January 4th, 2027. The salary ranges from $16.00 to $21.30 per hour with shifts in the afternoon/evening ET.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication with potentially difficult customers.
• Ability to work from home in a fast-paced virtual call center.
• Ability to work on a team.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails from Training Services learners and instructors.
• Update account records and note reason and resolution of inquiries.
• Handle basic inquiries such as account maintenance and class information.
• Maintain daily production standards (AHT, Calls/Email per hour).
• Triage complex problems and route callers to appropriate resources.
