Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking Part-Time Tier 1 Customer Service Agents to support our Training Services Team. This remote role welcomes bilingual English/Spanish candidates and offers a flexible schedule with 25+ hours weekly, primarily during Eastern Time evenings.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills; strong verbal/written communication.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails from learners, instructors, and organizations.
• Use systems to update accounts and resolve inquiries.
• Handle basic inquiries: account maintenance, class information, usage issues.
• Maintain daily production standards: AHT, calls/hour, emails/hour, uptime, quality.
• Triage complex problems and route callers as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
