Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking Part-Time Tier 1 Customer Service Agents to support our Training Services Team. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish and committed to delivering outstanding customer service in a remote, work-from-home role.

This position is remote nationwide in the United States with start around January 4, 2027. The job includes answering inquiries, account maintenance, and following procedures to ensure timely resolutions while meeting production targets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required, with relevant experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service, call center or sales experience suggested.
• Excellent verbal and written communications and problem solving abilities.
• Proficiency with computer applications and fast-paced work-from-home environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and email inquiries from learners and instructors.
• Use computer systems to resolve inquiries and update records.
• Handle basic inquiries including account maintenance and class information.
• Maintain production standards: AHT, calls per hour, emails per hour, quality.
• Triage complex problems and route callers to appropriate teams.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
