Job summary

American Red Cross is hiring Part-Time Tier 1 Customer Service Agents to support the Training Services Team. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service. This remote role is open to candidates anywhere in the United States and begins around January 4, 2027. Hours run 12:30 p.m.

to 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time with a minimum of 25 hours weekly. Salary ranges from $16.00 to $21.30 per hour, aligned to geographic location.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer service, sales, or call center experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails from learners, instructors, and organizations and resolve issues.
• Update account records and note reason and resolution of inquiry.
• Maintain production standards for calls, emails, and quality.
• Provide support and guidance to volunteers.
• Route complex problems to appropriate teams as needed.
