Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a Part-Time Tier 1 Customer Service Agent to support our Training Services Team. This remote role welcomes bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) to deliver exceptional service to learners and instructors across the United States. Standard schedule includes 4-5 days per week with shifts between 12:30 p.m.

and 9:00 p.m. ET, minimum 25 hours weekly. You will handle calls and emails, maintain records, and strive for target metrics in a fast-paced home-based

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 1 year of customer service, sales, or call center experience preferred.
• Proficiency with computer applications in a fast-paced, work-from-home environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and email inquiries from Training Services learners and instructors.
• Use information from computer systems to provide resolution and update records.
• Handle basic inquiries such as class information and usage issues.
• Maintain daily production standards (AHT, calls/hour, emails/hour, online time, quality).
• Triage complex problems and route callers appropriately.
