Job summary

American Red Cross is hiring a remote Part-Time Tier 1 Customer Service Agent to support the Training Services Team. The role requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, handling inbound calls and emails, and maintaining learner records. Shifts span 12:30 p.m.–9:00 p.m.

ET, Monday through Saturday, with 25 hours weekly and a salary range of $16.00–$21.30 per hour. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service environment is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails from learners and instructors, and resolve inquiries.
• Maintain account records and perform basic system troubleshooting.
• Meet production targets for call handling and email metrics; ensure follow-through to resolution.
• Provide support and guidance to volunteers; comply with SOPs and applicable regulations.
