Job summary

American Red Cross is seeking Part-Time Tier 1 Customer Service Agents to support our Training Services Team. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish and committed to delivering outstanding customer service. This remote role is open to candidates nationwide in the United States and will start around January 4, 2027.

Typical schedule is 4–5 days per week with 25+ hours. Salary ranges from $16.00 to $21.30 per hour, with location-based pay.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails from learners and instructors and resolve issues.
• Update account records and note reason and resolution of inquiry.
• Maintain daily production standards (AHT, calls/hour, emails/hour, online time, quality).
• Provide support and guidance to volunteers and teammates.
• Follow SOPs and applicable regulations.
