American Red Cross seeks a Part-Time Tier 1 Customer Service Agent to support the Training Services Team in a remote capacity across the United States. The role emphasizes bilingual English/Spanish communication and delivering outstanding service, with flexible evening hours and weekend coverage.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, updating records, meeting production targets, and guiding volunteers within a compliant framework.

Qualificações

• Education: High School or equivalent required.
• Experience: 1 year of customer service, sales, or call center preferred.
• Skills: Excellent customer service and problem-solving; strong verbal and written communication; fast, accurate data entry; able to work in a home-based call center.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound calls and email inquiries from Training Services learners, prospective learners, instructors, and instructor organizations.
• Use information from computer systems and job aids to provide resolution to inquiries, update account records and note reason and resolution of inquiry.
• Handle basic inquiries, such as account maintenance, class information and RCLC usage issues.
• Maintain daily production standards (Average Handle Time, Calls per Hour, Email per Hour, Quality).
• Triage complex problems and route callers to appropriate teams.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
