You will document technical concerns, create support tickets, and troubleshoot POS questions while delivering exceptional service in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.

Responsibilities
