The role is full-time, remote, with company-provided equipment. Base pay is $15.00 per hour with a $0.50 language differential and an extra $2 per hour for evening/weekend shifts; comprehensive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Must reside in eligible states (TX included).
