EchoStar Corporation is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to assist customers with billing, programming, and technical troubleshooting questions, while promoting products to maximize value and enjoyment from the DISH TV experience.

This full-time, work-from-home role includes paid training, comprehensive benefits, equipment provided by EchoStar, and opportunities for career growth. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Kansas residents are eligible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience.
• Flexible to work shifts including evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Smartphone or device with active data network connection.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Must reside in United States (KS included) to be eligible.

Responsibilities

• Take back-to-back tech support or customer service phone calls for the full shift.
