Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to handle billing, programming, and troubleshooting inquiries from home. You will promote products and ensure customers get value from their DISH TV experience.

Base pay is $15.00/hour with a $0.50 language differential and an additional $2/hour for after-hours/weekends. Training is provided; full-time, work-from-home with company equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience or training.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Smartphone or device with active data network.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Pre-employment screen.
• Camera on during video meetings.
• Must reside in eligible states for hire.

Responsibilities

• Take back-to-back tech support or customer service calls during shifts.
