Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to assist customers with billing, programming, and technical troubleshooting while promoting products for enhanced value from the DISH TV experience. This is a full-time, work-from-home role with EchoStar-provided equipment.

You will handle back-to-back calls, assist diverse customers, and may work evenings or weekends. Fluency in English and Spanish, a high school diploma, and a pre-employment screen are required, with opportunities for

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training.
Flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
Smartphone or device with active data network connection.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Pre-employment screen.
Camera on during all video meetings.
Must reside in Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, South Carolina, Utah, New Mexico, or Tennessee, Wyoming, Texas to be eligible for hire.

Responsibilities
