EchoStar is seeking a remote Customer Experience Representative to assist DISH TV customers with billing, programming, and technical questions. You will receive company equipment and complete paid training while working full-time from home.

Typical shifts may include evenings and weekends; language skills in English and Spanish are required to support a diverse customer base. Eligible hires reside in multiple states and receive competitive benefits and pay.

Qualifications

• Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Take back-to-back tech support or customer service phone calls with customers throughout the entirety of your shift.
• Engage with a diverse consumer base to provide solutions for customer needs and technical issues.
