EchoStar is hiring a Customer Experience Representative to handle billing, programming and technical questions, delivering solutions over phone and online. This is a full-time, work-from-home role with company-provided equipment and paid training; you will engage a diverse customer base and promote products to maximize value.

Candidates must reside in eligible states and have a high school diploma, six months of related experience, and bilingual English/Spanish skills.

Qualifications

• Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training.
• Flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Take back-to-back tech support or customer service phone calls with customers throughout the entirety of your shift.
