Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Mandarin for dual-language communication.
• 1+ years in sourcing or closing sales, restaurant operations, or related field.
• Ability to sell and negotiate with multiple decision-makers and present effectively.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on marketing qualified leads in your market.
• Conduct discovery calls & product demonstrations in the customer’s language.
• Create and review quotes and contracts in the customer’s language.
• Ensure onboarding teams and customers are set up for success post-sale.
• Understand competitive landscape to position Toast effectively in your market.
