Job summary

Toast Tab, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Cuisines Account Executive to grow Toast’s presence with Mandarin cuisine restaurants through inbound/outbound sales, demos, and close in the customer’s language.

This fully remote role uses a consultative approach to identify needs and demonstrate Toast’s end-to-end platform. You will engage with Mandarin-speaking customers and collaborate with Toast colleagues in English.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• 1+ years in sourcing or closing sales or related fields.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, entrepreneurial teams.

Responsibilities

• Following up on marketing qualified leads in the market you support.
• Conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations in the customer's language.
• Creating and reviewing quotes and contracts in the customer's language.
• Coordinate with onboarding to set up customers for success post-sale.
• Understand the competitive landscape to position Toast effectively.
