Job summary

Toast Tab, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Cuisines Account Executive to drive growth with Mandarin-speaking restaurant partners. This fully remote role emphasizes consultative sales, inbound demand, demos, and closing contracts in the customer’s preferred language.

You will build trusted relationships, conduct discovery calls, create and review quotes in Mandarin and English, coordinate with onboarding, and understand the competitive landscape to position Toast’s end-to-end platform for restaurants.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Mandarin; able to communicate across levels of a restaurant organization.
• 1+ year of experience in sourcing or closing sales, or related field.
• Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills; capable of selling and negotiating with decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on marketing qualified leads in the market you support.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations in the customer’s preferred language (Mandarin/English).
• Create and review quotes and contracts in the customer’s preferred language.
• Ensure onboarding teams and customers are set up for success post-sale.
• Understand the competitive landscape to position Toast effectively.
