Job summary

Toasttab is seeking a fully remote bilingual Mandarin inside sales professional to expand our presence in Mandarin cuisine restaurants. Using a consultative approach, you will convert inbound demand, generate opportunities, and close contracts in the customer’s language.

Your day includes demos, quotes, and collaborating with onboarding to ensure customer success. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, plus 1+ year sales experience and strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.
• 1+ years of experience in a sourcing or closing sales role or related field.
• Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills with the ability to sell and negotiate at all decision-making levels.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and team environment.
• Self-motivated, creative, and flexible.

Responsibilities

• Following up on marketing qualified leads in the market you support.
• Conducting discovery calls & product demonstrations in your customer’s preferred language.
• Creating and reviewing quotes and contracts in your customer’s preferred language.
• Ensure our onboarding team and customer are set up for success post sale.
• Understand the competitive landscape in your market to best position the company.
