AnywhereWorks is hiring a bilingual Client Experience Associate to handle inbound calls from home, capture leads, take orders, schedule appointments, and message clients. You will manage a mix of call types and receive paid training, with performance measured on quality and accuracy.

Expect 40 hours/week with Pacific Time windows; you’ll choose shifts weekly based on tiered performance, starting with limited choice. BYOD policy applies.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Warm, upbeat tone and genuine interest in helping people.
• Good listener, stays calm and efficient under pressure.
• Reliable: shows up for every scheduled shift, on time.
• Typing speed at least 30 words per minute.
• Willing to learn new call types and tools.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound calls for clients' businesses from home, capture leads, take orders, schedule appointments, and message clients.
• Manage various call types: standard answering, outbound outreach, live chat, relay calls, and intake calls.
• Maintain high performance with quick turnaround, accuracy, and after-call work.
