Job summary

AnywhereWorks seeks a Customer Experience Associate to answer inbound calls from home and manage leads, orders, and scheduling for client businesses. You will handle live chat, outbound Active Response, relay calls, and legal intake with training provided.

The role requires a bilingual English/Spanish communicator with a calm, helpful demeanor, strong typing skills, and dependable attendance. Shifts are set weekly with performance-based tiering and a BYOD setup.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in both English & Spanish (fluent in both languages).
• A warm, upbeat tone and a genuine interest in helping people
• A good listener who stays calm and efficient under pressure
• Dependable: you show up for every scheduled shift, on time
• Strong computer skills and typing at a minimum of 30 WPM
• A growth mindset and eagerness to learn new call types and tools

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls for our clients' businesses from home.
• Capture leads, take orders, schedule appointments, and send messages to clients.
• Handle a range of call types, including standard answering, Active Response, live chat, relay calls, appointment setting, and legal intake calls.
• You'll be trained on each one.
• Expect a steady, fast pace with performance measured by quality, accuracy, ready %, and after-call work time.
