Job summary

AnywhereWorks Ltd. is seeking a bilingual Client Experience Associate to answer inbound calls from home, capture leads, take orders, and schedule appointments. You will handle various call types and be trained on new tools, with a focus on quality and accuracy.

The role offers 40 hours per week, mostly between 5:00 am and 8:00 pm Pacific Time, with a guaranteed Friday/Saturday shift early in training and ongoing learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in both English & Spanish (fluent in both languages).
• Warm, upbeat tone and genuine interest in helping people.
• Good listener, calm and efficient under pressure.
• Dependable: shows up for every scheduled shift, on time.
• Strong computer skills and typing ≥30 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from home for clients' businesses and manage leads, orders, and appointments.
• Handle a range of call types including live chat and outbound outreach after training.
• Maintain high quality, accuracy, and speed in daily call handling and after‑call work.
