AnywhereWorks is hiring Client Experience Associates to join our team. You will answer inbound calls from home for our clients' businesses, capture leads, take orders, schedule appointments and send messages to clients.

The role demands excellent verbal and written communication, a warm, upbeat tone, reliable attendance, and strong computer skills (≥30 WPM). You’ll receive paid training and a 40-hour weekly schedule with flexible shifts, under a BYOD policy.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls from home and support clients' businesses.
• Capture leads, take orders, schedule appointments, and send messages.
• Handle various call types: standard, Active Response, live chat, relay, appointment setting, and legal intake.
• Work at a steady, fast pace with performance measured by quality and efficiency.
• Attend paid training and a multi-week Learning & Development period.
