AnywhereWorks is hiring Client Experience Associates to join our team working from home. Expect 40 hours per week with shifts mostly between early morning and evening Pacific Time, plus required weekend coverage during training.

You will answer inbound calls, capture leads, take orders, schedule appointments, and message clients. Training spans 2 weeks with ongoing Learning & Development support.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• A warm, upbeat tone with genuine interest in helping people.
• Able to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
• Dependable; shows up for every scheduled shift on time.
• Typing speed ≥ 30 WPM and good computer skills.
• Growth mindset; eager to learn new call types and tools.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls from home; capture leads, take orders, schedule appointments.
• Send messages to clients; handle various call types and tools as trained.
• Attend paid training and ongoing Learning & Development.
• Maintain reliability and performance with a focus on quality and accuracy.
