Job summary

AnywhereWorks Ltd. is hiring bilingual Client Experience Associates to answer inbound calls from home, capture leads, take orders, and schedule appointments.

You will handle various call types, maintain a warm tone, and work 40 hours per week primarily between 5:00 am and 8:00 pm Pacific Time, with flexible shifts and training. The role includes two weeks of paid training, 8–12 weeks of Learning & Development, and benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish is required.
• Must maintain a warm, upbeat tone and help others.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
• Reliable with scheduled shifts; attendance tracked.
• Strong computer skills and typing 30 WPM.
• Willing to learn new call types and tools.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from home, capture leads, take orders, and schedule appointments.
• Handle call types including live chat, outbound calls, and intake calls.
• Maintain high-quality performance metrics and after-call work.
• Work 40 hours per week with Pacific Time hours; shifts selected by performance.
• Complete 2 weeks of paid training plus 8–12 weeks of Learning & Development.
