AnywhereWorks is hiring bilingual Client Experience Associates to join our team. Answer inbound calls from home for our clients' businesses, capture leads, take orders, schedule appointments, and send messages.

You’ll handle a range of call types with comprehensive training. The 40-hour workweek runs mostly between 5:00 am and 8:00 pm Pacific Time; Fridays and Saturdays are required for the first 8–12 weeks; shifts are chosen by performance tier.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Warm, upbeat tone with genuine helpfulness.
• Good listener and calm under pressure.
• Dependable: shows up for every shift on time.
• Strong computer skills and 30 WPM typing.
• Growth mindset and eagerness to learn new call types and tools.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls from home for clients' businesses.
• Capture leads, take orders, schedule appointments, and send messages.
• Handle call types including live chat, outbound follow-ups, and intake calls.
• Maintain performance metrics like quality and after‑call work time.
