Job summary

AnywhereWorks is seeking Client Experience Associates to join our remote team. You will answer inbound calls from home, capture leads, take orders, schedule appointments, and send messages to clients. You’ll handle a range of call types and receive thorough training.

Schedule is 40 hours weekly, mostly 5:00 am–8:00 pm PT, with training and Learning & Development periods. BYOD policy applies and benefits begin after 60 days.

• Dependable: reliable attendance for every shift.
• Strong computer skills and typing at least 30 WPM.
• Growth mindset and eagerness to learn new call types and tools.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from home and support clients.
• Capture leads, take orders, schedule appointments and relay messages.
• Handle call types including live chat, outbound and intake calls.
• Maintain performance metrics: quality, accuracy, and after-call work time.
