Job summary

Consumer Direct Care Network seeks a strategic HR Benefits & Leave Manager to lead benefits and leave programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local requirements. You will direct program administration, vendor performance, and regulatory reporting while guiding a dedicated Benefits & Leave team.

The role partners with HR leadership to drive strategy and improve service delivery and the employee experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in benefits and leave administration including ADA, FMLA, PFML, PWFA.
• 2–3 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Extensive multistate benefits knowledge and compliance experience.
• Experience with HRIS systems; Workday preferred.
• Ability to manage complex benefits, leave, accommodation, and disability cases and mentor team members.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to documentation, data accuracy, and compliance.
• Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours as needed.
• Must pass background screening.
• Remote/hybrid work requires reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration of all employee benefits programs and ensure multi-state compliance.
• Lead leave programs including FMLA, PFML, ADA, PWFA, disability, maternity, and personal leave.
• Serve as escalation point for complex leave and accommodation cases.
• Coach and develop the Benefits & Leave team through training and performance management.
• Ensure accuracy of benefits eligibility, enrollments, payroll deductions, and vendor integrations.
• Lead annual open enrollment planning, communication, execution, and review.
• Manage relationships with carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators.
