Job summary

Proliance Surgeons is seeking a Manager of Benefits and Leave of Absence to operationalize the benefits and LOA programs, ensuring compliance and a strong teammate experience. You will oversee health and welfare benefits, retirement education, PTO, and LOA management, including vendor relations and data analytics.

As a member of the HR leadership team, you will partner with the VP of HR and Chief People Officer, guiding strategy across recruitment, retention, engagement, and total rewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is required.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR and benefits experience preferred.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of comprehensive benefits and LOA strategy.
• Oversee administration of programs and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, ERISA and related laws.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT for audits and reporting.
• Drive process improvements and AI-driven efficiency in benefits.
