ContinuServe is seeking a Benefits Manager to oversee health and welfare programs and retirement plans across the United States and Canada. You will collaborate with brokers, carriers, and internal teams to design compliant, cost-conscious benefits and manage leave administration with high accuracy.

You will lead benefits policy development, vendor management, communications, and program improvements, delivering a positive employee experience to a diverse, multi-state workforce.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and oversee employee health and welfare benefit programs across all states and Canada.
• Manage ACA compliance including eligibility determinations and reporting requirements.
• Lead retirement and deferred compensation programs (e.g., 401(k) and executive benefits).
• Partner with brokers, carriers, third‑party administrators, payroll, and internal stakeholders for effective plan administration.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for the Benefits team.
• Develop and communicate benefits policies, procedures, and employee communications to ensure compliance.
• Oversee annual benefits open enrollment and qualified life events (QLEs).
• Analyze costs, utilization, and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and cost containment.
