Proliance Surgeons is seeking a Manager of Benefits and Leave of Absence to operationalize and optimize our benefits programs, while ensuring compliance and a positive teammate experience. This leadership role partners with the VP of HR and the Chief People Officer to align benefits with talent objectives, including recruitment and retention.

The position oversees health, retirement, PTO, and leave programs, manages vendors, and drives data-informed decision-making.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR/benefits experience preferred.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Dayforce/Workday) required.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute a comprehensive benefits and LOA strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee benefits programs and leave administration with focus on compliance and cost management.
• Lead vendor management, contract negotiations, and service delivery optimization.
• Ensure data integrity and system integrations across HRIS and payroll.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to HR team members.
