Job summary

Marketing Alliance Group is seeking a Benefits and Leave Manager to oversee company-wide benefits programs, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and cost efficiency. You will serve as the subject matter expert on FMLA, ADA, and other leaves, resolving complex issues with vendors and internal teams.

You will manage invoicing, data feeds, annual renewals, and policy documentation while partnering with HR, payroll, and finance to ensure accurate deductions and contributions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field; relevant experience may substitute.
• CEBS, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• 3–5 years benefits administration experience.
• 2–3 years benefits leadership or program ownership experience.
• Experience administering leaves including FMLA and ADA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day benefits program administration.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and reporting.
• Collaborate with brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators.
• Lead annual benefit renewals and plan design evaluations.
• Manage benefits invoicing, billing, and reconciliations.
• Oversee leaves of absence administration and FMLA processes.
• Maintain system data integrity and feed management.
