Alight Solutions is seeking a Benefit Pro to deliver high-touch, concierge-style benefits guidance across health and retirement programs. You will serve as the member's single point of contact, owning the journey from inquiry to resolution with vendor coordination and proactive outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; HS diploma required.
• 3+ years of Health Insurance, HR, or Benefits experience preferred.
• 3+ years of Customer Care (inbound/outbound) preferred.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze member needs and life events to provide personalized benefit recommendations.
• Explain complex benefits information in a consultative manner to educate members.
• Provide enrollment assistance for medical, prescription, and supplemental benefit plans.
• Update benefit elections and records for new hires and status changes, ensuring policy compliance.
• Guide members through the healthcare and benefits ecosystem and coordinate with carriers and vendors.
• Deliver proactive outreach and regular status updates through phone, email, and scheduled interactions.
• Maintain case progress, document outcomes, and ensure resolution at case closure.
